Noble Body's REFUND POLICY is simple: If you're not 100% satisfied, we will refund your entire purchase price (and your shipping costs) within 6 MONTHS! That's it. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at Noble Body.
(Because it's a cosmetic product, there are NO RETURNS unless we have a question about quality or integrity of the product and for possible testing. If we do request a return, Noble Body will pay any shipping and packing expenses.)
If I won't stand by the products that created, that I extensively tested, and that I use on myself, then who will? Of course, everyone won't like everything. I recognize that and I also recognize that spending your hard-earned funds can be a risk at times.
Well, not here. There is no risk to you except discovering products that will change your perception on how good things can really be. I only have one request if you want a refund: You don't have to say yes, but I would like to communicate with you directly (via email) about why you were not pleased with your purchase. Yes, it's personal to me. Making everything better is a ceaseless goal for me and Noble Body.
I built Noble Body on integrity and the feedback and opinions of many. Sometimes, the most valuable feedback is from someone that's not 100% pleased. Go ahead and make your purchase. You have absolutely nothing to lose except discovering products that can improve your life.
How long does order processing & shipping take?
Noble Body ships orders out quickly. All orders from the United States are processed within 1-2 business days and generally take just 3-5 days from when you order until they arrive at your door.
International orders naturally take longer and there’s more variance in shipping times as well.
Generally, you’ll get your products between 7-21 days of ordering anywhere outside of the United States. This can vary though, based on the customs practices of individual countries and the most favorable shipping options.
Noble Body in most cases will replace lost orders, or orders that don't make it to the destination to insure 100% customer satisfaction. These things do happen and we strive to be the best in the business for our customers.
Who pays custom duties?
Depending on where you live, there may be a customs charge to accept the package.
Unfortunately, Noble Body does not cover those costs as they vary by country and we sell product to loyal customers all over the world.
